Claudia Restis-backed company Seanergy Maritime has added to its capesize fleet for the second time in three months.
Informed sources say the owner has snapped up the 180,000-dwt CPO Asia (built 2011) from German administrators.
Seanergy is believed to be paying between $29m and $30m for the Daewoo-Mangalia-built bulker.
The ship has been for sale for some time with TradeWinds reporting in March that it was available.
