Cyprus’s Salamis Lines is divesting its sole cruiseship at a firm price and plans to replace it with another vessel when the transaction is completed.
Managers at the Limassol-based company confirmed they have signed a memorandum of agreement to sell the 15,400-gt Salamis Filoxenia (built 1975) to an unidentified party.
Salamis didn’t reveal details of the transaction, other than to say that it booked a €3.95m
