The masts of the 1,300-dwt Vos Raasay (built 1983) hit the Hewett platform in the North Sea Hewett field some150 nautical miles east of Aberdeen, Vroon confirmed to TradeWinds.
There were no reported injuries and the vessel went to Lowestoft for minor repairs.
Netherlands-based Vroon operates nine of its ERRVs out of a base in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk.
The company has a 40% share of the UK ERRV market.
