A Thorco Projects MPP heavy-lift ship has been taken under tow after becoming disabled following a fire off the coast of Newfoundland, Canada.
The 10,500-dwt Thorco Crown (built 2004) went adrift on 7 February 32 nautical miles off Port Aux Basques.
CBC reported that the ship is now being taken to Sydney in Nova Scotia.
A blaze in the engine room caused its outage.
