A Sincere Industrial-owned handysize bulker has been caught up in a carbon monoxide poisoning incident at a port in New Zealand.
Six workers were hospitalized on Monday night after the incident aboard the 28,191-dwt Nord Yilan (built 2010) at Napier Port.
A turbo system on the engine of a digger/loader failed and billowed exhaust smoke through the hold area, according to local media reports.
