Vera Shipping has paid the outstanding wages of 17 seafarers, who remained stranded on one of its ships for seven months.
All crew working on the 28,564-dwt Sea Honest (built 1997) have now gone back home, after the Turkish owner paid $151,823 in salaries.
Two Turkish and 15 Indian nationals had been left unpaid and without provisions in the port of Algiers since last July.
