A Dutch-owned tanker has been hit by another fire off the US, two months after suffering a previous blaze there.
The US Coast Guard said the 12,800-dwt asphalt/bitumen vessel Amber Bay (built 2016) caught fire in the engine room as it was leaving New York harbour on Wednesday night, according to NBC.
The crew of 22 extinguished the flames quickly.
