Piracy is at its lowest level in five years but Somali gunmen remain a threat to commercial ships, a report from ICC International Maritime Bureau (IMB) claims.
A total of 87 incidents were reported in the first six months of 2017, compared to 97 in the corresponding period last year, according to the report, with 63 ships boarded, 12 fired on and four hijacked.
