One worker has died and another nine injured in an explosion at a St Petersburg shipyard.
The blast took place at the Almaz plant on Wednesday, according to the Sputnik news agency.
"One person was killed and nine people were injured," it cited the press service of the administration of the Petrogradsky district as saying.
A law enforcement source told the news agency that a gas cylinder had exploded during maintenance work on a Kamchatka-type research vessel.
