Indian authorities released a bulker owned by Greece's Karlog Shipping after its arrest over a fatal fishing boat collision.
The 47,000-dwt Amber L (built 2000) was involved in a collision off the Kochi coast in June that left two fishermen dead and another missing.
India's Mercantile Marine Department allowed the ship to depart Kochi on condition that its departure would not impede any ongoing investigation.
