A Hoegh Autoliners PCTC was briefly detained in the UK last month after failing a port state control (PSC) inspection.
Inspectors found 12 deficiencies aboard the 6,500-ceu Hoegh Transporter (built 1999) during an inspection in the port of Tyne on 2 November.
These included an ISM infringement which prompted the detention of the Norwegian-flagged vessel.
