Eleven seafarers are missing after a general cargoship sank in heavy seas off the coast of Vietnam on Tuesday.
A further dozen crew members were rescued after the 6,900-dwt Van Don 02 went down some 250 miles off the country’s south-east coast.
Attempts to search for any more survivors from the 1990-built vessel have been hampered by strong winds, local media reports indicate.
