Eight seafarers are missing after a cargoship sank off China.
A Chinese navy ship rescued two of the 10 crew from the 1,600-dwt Jian Hong No 1 (built 1980) off Wenzhou on Sunday night, Taiwan News said.
The navy said in a statement that its vessel Jinan was sent to the scene after receiving a report that the cargoship was sinking, the Xinhua news agency reported.
