A Texas businessman is suing Aboitiz Jebsen following a cargoship collision that destroyed his dock in 2010.
Khang Bui claims the 32,300-dwt King Yukon (built 2009) was involved in an accident with the fishing vessels Captain Scott, Little Angel and Lucky Aaron and struck the berth he owned.
The shipowner is Eatern Cross Shipping of Japan, while Aboitiz Jebsen was the manager.
