An investigation has begun after a seafarer was killed in an accident on a Greek cargoship in the UK.
Firefighters and an ambulance were sent to the 2,500-dwt SMN Explorer (built 1996) at King's Lynn on 1 February.
The Marine Accident Investigation Branch (MAIB) told the Eastern Daily Press: “We are aware of an accident on board a vessel. We have sent a team to investigate the fatality."
