Clipper Cruises has struck an agreement with opponent Haimark Line to release a ship from a four-month arrest off Florida.
Details of the agreement have not been released, but a lawyer involved in the case said the settlement puts a complete end to the $16.1m spat in the US federal court in Jacksonville, Florida.
