Top European insurance groups Allianz and Generali have been dealt a blow in a long running battle to recover a $20m dock damage claim from Frontline.
Frontline has got the green light to enforce an arbitration ruling that it had no liability to the insurers over damage the 142,000-dwt Front Comor (built 1993) caused to a jetty at a Sicilian refinery in 2000.
