Seven seafarers are feared dead after their small cargoship was hit by a rocket off the Yemen coast.
Multiple media outlets report that the 699-dwt Jouya 8 (built 1990) was destroyed during the attack, killing the seven Pakistani crew onboard. An eighth crew members is reported to have swum to safety.
The vessel, owned by UAE-based Nezhad/Zadeh, was en route from Dubai to Egypt, was reportedly hit by the rocket off the Hodeidah port.
