A Keystone Shipping-managed bulk carrier that was grounded for more than a week has been safely refloated, the US Coast Guard said.
The 47,300-dwt self-discharging laker Roger Blough (built 1972) is anchored in Waiska Bay in Lake Superior, where it will be evaluated for repairs.
