A bulker that ran aground in Oregon over the weekend was refloated Monday morning without any injuries or pollution, the US Coast Guard reported.
The 76,500-dwt Gorgoypikoos (built 2005) ran aground on the Miller Sands Bar near Tongue Point Sunday, approximately 13 miles east of the mouth of the Columbia River, the agency said.
