UK foreign secretary Boris Johnson has pledged to intensify his efforts to release six British citizens still jailed in India.
Johnson said it was time the seafarers “languishing” in an Indian prison were brought home.
He added that the UK will “leave no stone unturned” after facing fresh pressure over the issue, the BBC reported.
The former British soldiers were jailed for five years in India on the back of illegal firearm offences.
