Shipping’s top regulator has pressed Iran over the fate of four ships seized and held for months by its military during wider political and commercial battles with the West.
During a visit to the country, Arsenio Dominguez said he raised concerns about seafarers from the detained ships.
He also urged the country to intervene with its Houthi allies in Yemen over the continuing detention of the Galaxy Leader car carrier and crew.
