A former managing director of London-listed Braemar Shipping Services has been fined £45,000 ($58,000) by the UK’s financial watchdog.
Kevin Gorman has been sanctioned for failing to notify the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) of personal share trading.
Gorman carried out the trades worth £71,235 over a five-month period at the end of 2016 and early 2017.
His position as managing director of Braemar’s logistics division meant that he was designated as a person discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR).
