Former Golden Ocean CEO Birgitte Ringstad Vartdal sees potential collaboration opportunities between her new company Statkraft and the shipping industry.
She left the John Fredriksen bulker company in November and was on Thursday revealed as the new executive vice president for European wind and solar at the Norwegian renewable energy group.
Ringstad Vartdal told TradeWinds how she had been spending her time in the interim.
