Nigerian ports closed on Monday in a nationwide strike that has no definite end date.
Security company Africa Risk Compliance (ARC) reported that the directive went into effect from midnight.
Nigerian media said the Maritime Workers Union of Nigeria (MWUN) closed the country’s terminals in line with a protest over the minimum wage organised by the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) and the Trade Union Congress of Nigeria (TUC).
