Malaysian container terminal operator Westports is expanding into the cruise sector with the acquisition of Boustead Cruise Centre (BCC).
It is buying the business for MYR 230m ($55.9m) jointly with compatriot multipurpose port company Northport on a 50:50 basis.
BCC currently provides port facilities and services to cruiseships and navy vessels with its 69.8-acre
