Major European bulk terminal operator HES International is teaming up with tank storage company Vopak and gas pipeline group Gasunie to develop an import terminal for green ammonia in Rotterdam
The three Dutch groups will work together to develop plans for a terminal for importing green ammonia as a hydrogen carrier in the Port of Rotterdam.
The ACE Terminal is expected to be operational from 2026.
