Associated British Ports (ABP) has prevailed in a court battle to wrest control of the Immingham Oil Terminal from two oil giants.
Justice Vos, sitting in the Chancery Division of the High Court in London, has ruled in favour of ABP.
The company, which has ports in the Humber River among its operations, will now take control of the Immingham Oil Terminal from its tenants, Humber Oil Terminals Trustee Ltd (HOTT), a joint venture between oil companies Total and Conoco.
