Pirates attacked the 1,300-gt anchor-handler Armada Tuah 22 (built 2005) on Monday, security sources said.
The captain, chief engineer and second engineer were abducted 50 miles off the coast of the Brass region in the Niger Delta.
One of the men was Indonesian.
A fishing vessel was also attacked on 2 March and a crewman killed.
