Precious Shipping (PSL) of Thailand has warned of inevitable delivery delays to a large number of bulkers on order at ABG Shipyard.
The Bangkok-listed owner also saw its third-quarter profit slashed as revenues waned and it did not record any disposal gains.
PSL signed a monster 18-ship order at the Indian yard in September 2007 for a total of $588m. The order included a dozen 32,000-dwt handysizes at around $30m a piece and six 54,000-dwt supramaxes at about $38m each.
