Security sources told Reuters the men from the 5,800–dwt Matrix I (ex ForthBridge, built 199) were unharmed.
The Val Oil Trading ship was attacked on May 25 about 40 nautical miles offthe coast of the oil-producing Bayelsa state.
The men were employed by oil services company Matrix Trading, according toone of the freed crew, who was talking to reporters in Yenagoa on Thursday,according to Bloomberg.
