The incidents took place between the 22 and 27 November with three of them on the same day.
On 22 November the Panama-flagged 19,920-dwt Chembulk Kings Point (built 2008) was targeted at Dumai Port by an unknown number of attackers during cargo operations.
Reports from AKE Maritime say they successfully stole engine spares before escaping. Nobody was injured during the incident.
A day later an unnamed bulker was targeted at Belawan Anchorage by a single robber who managed to access the forecastle store the ship before escaping.
