New EU NAVFOR commander Rear Admiral Bob Tarrant says a lot of good work has been done to reduce the success of gangs operating from the African nation but the game is not over.
Speaking to TradeWinds today, he said: “What we see is that the pirate business model is fractured but not broken.
“The position is entirely reversible and we need to remain vigilant.”
