Two Italian marines charged with the murder of two Indian fishermen whom they mistook for pirates have been denied bail.
An India court rejected the bail pleas of Massimiliano Latorre and Salvatore Girone on the grounds that both men might try to flee the country.
The two men have been charged with murder after they allegedly shot the two men from an Italian tanker off Kochi in February.
