The French owner said the men arrived in Port Harcourt in Nigeria on 8 May and are in good health.
They were kidnapped from the Surfer 1440 off Nigeria on 8 April.
It added: “This news comes as a great relief to all Bourbon employees as a whole, who share the joy of the families.”
It is not making any further comment on the incident, including whether a ransom was paid.
