Pioneer Ship Management has confirmed that its 51,100-dwt AbuDhabi Star (built 2008) is being escorted back to the port of Lagos withits crew safe and sound.
The gang managed to escape but there is no indication whetherthey managed to siphon off any of the ship’s cargo or damaged the vessel.
