John Stavropoulos, a former banker and long-standing chairman of Tsakos Energy Navigation passed away in Athens on Tuesday at the age of 92.
“He was famously stubborn and always fair, offering unending support and security to the important people in his life as a loving husband, father and grandfather and devoted war veteran, teacher, banker and chairman,” his family told TradeWinds in an email.
