The former US Coast Guard Jacksonville port captain has been named head of TOTE Services.
Captain Jeff Dixon will take over the role vacated by rear admiral Phil Green Jr after his retirement in November.
Dixon joined TOTE Services — the ship management arm of Jones Act player TOTE Maritime — in May 2017 as the vice president of marine operations, government and commercial.
