German maritime waste disposal company Top Glory Marine Service (TGM) now has an all-female management team after the promotion of Cathrin Prikker.
The former business development and sales director will become joint managing director alongside long-serving boss and founder Silke Fehr.
“The appointment marks a strong, competent and female-led dual leadership to help shape the future of TGM,” the company said.
