Pacific Basin Shipping has appointed Jimmy Ng Chi Kit chief financial officer.
The 48-year-old will take up the post on 12 May and will also be a member of the executive committee, the Hong Kong-listed shipowner said in a regulatory filing.
Ng began his career in the finance sector.
