Global Ship Lease has tapped chief commercial offer Thomas Lister to take over the shipowner's top finance role.
The move comes as chief financial officer Susan Cook prepares to exit the job on 1 April, though she will continue to work at the New York containership owner as a part-time advisor. GSL said Cook informed the board that she no longer wants to work in a full-time capacity.
