Former DNB Bank executive Kristin Holth will become GasLog's first-ever female board member.
The gas carrier owner announced on Thursday that Holth is joining as an independent director effective immediately.
"[Holth's] experience in shipping and energy capital markets and proven leadership make her an excellent addition to the GasLog board," chairman Peter Livanos said in a statement.
"The board, management and I look forward to working with her for many years to come."
