IMC Shipping has expanded its senior management team with the appointment of Michael Holm as managing director of IMC Dry Bulk, and Vincenzo De Falco to head Solution Shipping.
The two industry veterans are the latest in a series of a high-profile hires that have been made at the Singapore-based tanker and bulker conglomerate as part of its ongoing process to transition from a traditional shipowner to an asset-lite operator.
