Eidesvik Offshore finance chief Tore Byberg is quitting to take up a role with a sustainable desalination company.
The former Seadrill executive joined the Oslo-listed offshore vessel owner in January 2019.
Eidesvik said he has now resigned to become chief financial officer at Waterise in Norway.
The company offers subsea desalination globally.
Eidesvik will now start looking for a successor.
