Shipping giant China Merchants Energy Shipping (CMES) has named Feng Boming as its new chairman.
According to exchange filings, Feng was elected for the role during a board meeting on 28 July.
The chairman post had been left vacant since early June, when Captain Xie Chunlin was reported to have retired as the standard retirement age for state-owned companies is 60.
