The shipping industry’s Maritime Anti-Corruption Network (MACN) has elected Cargill group lawyer Ann Shazell as its chair and Synergy Group chief executive Rajesh Unni as vice chair.
Shazell is the group lead lawyer for Cargill Ocean Transportation’s business specialising in all aspects of maritime law.
She has been a member of the MACN board since 2019 and replaces John Sypnowich, who has stepped down as chair after four years in the role.
