Resisting a takeover from a Gabriel Panayotides-backed Torm over a decade ago is one of two highlights picked out by departing Norden director Erling Hojsgaard.
Hojsgaard, who has been a Norden director since 1989 and is presently its vice-chairman, will leave the board next month having reached the age limit of 72.
In a question and answer article in the upcoming issue of Norden’s company magazine, Hojsgaard was asked what had pleased him most during his years in the owner's board room.
