Former French transport minister Jean-Baptiste Djebbari has been prevented from taking a job at domestic container ship giant CMA CGM.
The country’s High Authority for the Transparency of Public Life (HATVP) rejected his request to run the line’s new aviation division.
The watchdog is responsible for deciding on possible conflicts of interest in business.
