Estonian owner Tallink has boosted cargo and passenger numbers in August.
The ro-pax operator said it carried 14.5% more cargo units at 30,659 last month than it did in August 2016.
It also transported 980,234 passengers, which is a 1.9% increase year-on-year.
But the number of passenger vehicles decreased by 7.8% to 116,035 over the same period.
In January, the owner introduced its new 49,000-gt LNG-powered fast ferry Megastar on the Tallinn to Helsinki route.
