Japan's Taiheiyo Ferry has ordered a new passenger/car ferry at Mitsubishi Heavy Industries.
The company will take delivery of the vessel from the Shimonoseki yard in January 2019.
The 14,000-gt ship will carry 543 passengers, Clarksons said.
Taiheiyo operates three ro-paxes built in 1989, 2005 and 2011.
